I purchased a $700 kitchen faucet. It took so long to arrive that I could no longer use it. When I tried to return it, they charged a 20% re-stocking fee. They would not reduce the fee even though it was their terrible lead time that caused the return. I am very disappointed with their customer service and the way this was handled.

I would not buy from them again. There are so many other options online or brick and mortar to choose from. I went with a brick and mortar and had the product within days.

Be warned that you should not purchase from them if you're not exactly sure what you need and you have plenty of time to wait.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of kitchen and bath authority customer care. Kitchen And Bath Authority needs to "reduce stocking fee to 10%" according to poster's claims.

KB Authority has resolved the issue by waiving their restocking fee and providing good follow up customer service.
