I returned an item Kitchen and Bath Authority in October, 2016, and had been trying to get a refund since then. After calling customer support at least 5 times and being told "check is in the mail", or "check is lost; we will re-send", or "we will pay you via PayPal", I finally filed a formal complaint with the Department of State, Division of Consumer Protection for the State of New York.

I was finally paid via Pay Pal two weeks later (July 28,2017). The website for the Complaint Form is Luckily, I had kept copies of the order and the paperwork regarding return of the item I also kept records of the phone calls I made to customer service.

I forwarded this package separately to New York after submitting the complaint on line. Good Luck!
